Turnip Green Creative Reuse offers a number of engaging opportunities for team building and employee bonding. These hands-on projects promote collaboration and innovation among participants, while giving back to the community and fostering environmental sustainability. Our service and team building projects are customizable to meet the unique needs of all our partners. Create collage postcards for community members that need uplifting, compete in a sculptural scavenger hunt, or facilitate a neighborhood litter pickup!

We understand that some businesses may want to promote creativity and sustainability but do not have the capacity for a hands-on activity. We also offer virtual and in person presentations on everyday sustainability and creative problem solving. These talks are perfect for quick lunch and learns or team meetings!

Custom Projects

We have been delighted to partner with Southwest Airlines, The Bluebird Cafe, and Jackson Financial on unique, solution oriented projects. When Jackson Financial found an abundance of outdated promotional t-shirts in storage, they reached out to us to create a fun, service oriented project with their staff. Employees learned how to create reusable shopping bags, and the bags were donated to Turnip Green!
