School Programs

We partner with Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) and other local schools and groups to deliver dynamic, STEAM-based programming that sparks creativity and promotes sustainability.

  • Turnip Sprouts: A weekly club program and our most consistent offering. Turnip Sprouts connects TGCR curriculum with school initiatives and is facilitated through an SEL lens.
  • In-Class Workshop: Engage students in a one time program focusing on environmental empowerment while learning a new creative skill.
  • Creativity Kits: Take creative reuse on the go! We provide creativity kits which include curriculum and materials needed for an educational and engaging reuse project.

Outreach Programs

Our outreach programs partner alongside other organizations in the community to provide access to educational enrichment that support our mission of creativity and sustainability.

Examples of these programs include: a hands-on activity with Nashville Public Library, a booth at your event, a Teaching Artist coming to your organization to teach a workshop, or providing creativity kits. Our team will work with you to meet the goals of your program together!
