Join Noel Marie Lena in this Creative Outlet for Vulnerability and Energy (COVE) workshop in the gallery!

Open your heart and put on your creativity hat with a 75 minute vibrant flow that focuses on the 2nd chakra. The Sanskrit name translates to “one’s own dwelling”. The sacral chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. When balanced, the sacral chakra allows you to be passionate, creative, and sensual while connecting with your feelings and emotions.

With breath work, moving asana we will write a love letter on our matt! The vibrant and energetic flow will also touch on the other chakras as well. The journey from the head to the heart is a long journey. When we connect our body and mind, we are available to create magic. The workshop will include journal writing and opportunities to find freedom of expression on and off your mat! There will be a guided metta meditation before the final savasana!
