This Earth Day, connect your love for nature with your love for craft! Maddy Underwood will be bringing her papermaking skills to share with us as we create seed bombs and seed paper!
A seed bomb is a biodegradable, recycled paper ball containing native wildflower seeds. These "bombs" can be thrown or planted in a forgotten corner of the yard, providing both beauty and food for pollinators!
This activity is suitable for older children and adults alike. Children require adult accompaniment.
Maddy Underwood is a designer and printmaker from Nashville, TN. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019, she interned at Hatch Show Print and then worked at Third Man Records. She is interested in what debris has to say about a place and how to explore that through methods like papermaking and letterpress.
