About Occipital/Frontal:

The occipital lobe’s main function is to facilitate the interpretation of sensory stimuli coming from the eyes to the brain, and is associated with color perception, object and face recognition, and the formation of memories. The frontal lobe is involved in many functions, including voluntary movement, speech, and emotions. Occipital/Frontal celebrates the vital roles the occipital and frontal lobes can play in artistic expression for many, and how these functions span across mediums, modes of making, and artistic styles.
